We proudly offer a convenient return policy for our valued customers within Jordan. If you find yourself less than completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return or replace the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible Items
Most regularly stocked items, excluding chemicals, disposables, and consumable products, are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving them, provided they remain unused and in their original packaging.
Refund Process
- Credit/Debit Card: We will initiate a refund; our Customer Service will arrange a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 7-14 working days
- Cash on Delivery: For orders paid in cash, our Customer Service will arrange a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 7-14 working days.
- Bank Wire: If you made the payment via bank wire, we will issue a refund by performing a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 7-14 working days.
Terms and Conditions for Returns and Replacements
To qualify for a return or replacement, please ensure:
- The item is in an unused condition.
- It is returned in the original packaging.
Return and Replacement Policy for Used and Open Box Equipment
For items labeled as "Ekuep Fulfilled," our standard policy applies.
For items in the used marketplace (Non-Ahlia.Store), there is a 2-day return policy.
